• Time-lapse Test [ 2 ] Melting Snow — Panasonic HDC HS-700 Camcorder — "Hallelujah Chorus"

Another silly test video [ 2 ] made while figuring-out how to use a new Panasonic HDC-HS700K video camera purchased in November 2010. So far, this is an exceptional HD camcorder; indoors and outdoors. The camera was aimed due south through the living room window as the sun melted snow off of two cars. Corby, the cat, had to get into the picture, too, as you'll see in a number of frames. The streetlight needs to be fixed by PEPCO. The lamp keeps going on and off, thus it's shown blinking (to the beat of the music) due to the time-lapse. As a quick-'n'-dirty, Apple's iMovie was used to throw this segment together so it could be uploaded to YouTube (2011.0114). There are still some "quality" issues regarding HD uploads to YouTube; finding the right set-up options may do the trick — when they're finally discovered. __________________________________________________ Time-lapse [ 2 ] Snow Melting — Testing a HD Camcorder * Camera: Panasonic HDC-HS700K Shutter: 10-second Intervals Lapse Time: Est. 12-hours / 06:00 − 18:00 Formats: HD / NTSC / 16:9 / YT 24 fps / Upload size: 1920x1080 * Still trying to find the best HD quality settings for YouTube. __________________________________________________ The Music: "Hallelujah Chorus" from the "Messiah" (A Sacred Oratorio) HWV 56 George Frideric Handel (1685-1759) Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and Chorus __________________________________________________ William Castronuovo, Videographer A Red Box Art Film, Washington, DC 12 January 2011 ...

  • Time-lapse Test [ 1 ] Panasonic HDC HS-700 Camcorder — "Suite No. 1" in E-flat by Gustav Holst

This is truly a silly test video I'd made while figuring-out how to use my new Panasonic HDC-HS700K video camera that I got for Christmas. The camera is aimed due south through the living room window. My cat Corby had to get into the act as you'll see. Just as a quick-'n'-dirty, I used iMovie to throw this together to post on YouTube. Hey, what can I say? Friends wanted to see it. Settings: Time-lapse, Due South (2 takes) Camera: Panasonic HDC-HS700K Shutter: Every 10-seconds Time Period: Est. 12-hours x 2 Music: "Suite No. 1" E-flat major, Op. 28 1st Movement: "Charconne" Gustav Holst (1874-1934) Eastman Wind Ensemble William Castronuovo, Videographer A Red Box Art Film, Washington, DC 3 January 2011 Copyright © 2011 The National Web Network. • Panasonic HDC-SD700 test (like HDC-HS700 & HDC-TM700) glasgow botanic gardens

Here is the first edited footage shot on my new Panasonic HDC-SD700 yesterday (20th June10) , it was shot at full hd at 50p, 28Mbps but edited to around 20 Mbps (variable bitrate), as nothing will play higher smoothly, except the camera or a ps3 via usb stick in a bluray structure, .mts (avchd), anyway, this is glasgow botanic gardens and surrounding park.. I have to say,the new cam is utterly amazing, this video does not show the full quality as the only Current way to display the full resoloution and framerate is via the camera itself into the hd tv via HDMI. this will change in time. in order to edit 50p(60p if ntsc) footage in adobe premiere cs5( i think in any other version too) go to the the link here as the adobe forum are disgussing it, about half way down the page there is a picture showing how to do it. forums.adobe.com All music on this sequence is copyright free from... freeplaymusic.com

  • Time-lapse Test [ 3 ] Snowstorm, Blackouts & Clouds — Panasonic HDC HS-700 — "Turkish March"

Washington, DC Snowstorm of 26 January 2011 Another dumb test video [ 3 ] made while figuring-out how to use the Panasonic HDC-HS700K video camera. The camera was aimed due south through the large living room window. It's a time-lapse movie of the the rain and snowstorm that hit Washington, DC on Wednesday 26 January 2011. The rain comes then the 7-inch snowstorm complete with power flickers and blackouts, shoveling snow, and nifty clouds the day after the event. The streetlight needs to be fixed by PEPCO because the pole lamp keeps going on and off. As a quick-'n'-dirty, Apple's iMovie was used to throw this segment together so it could be uploaded to YouTube (2011.0127). __________________________________________________ Time-lapse [ 3 ] Snowstorm, Blackouts & Clouds — Testing HD Camcorder Camera: Panasonic HDC-HS700K Lens: 43x Wide Angle Shutter: 10-second Intervals Formats: HD / NTSC / 16:9 / YT 24 fps / Upload size: 1920x1080 __________________________________________________ The Music: Piano Sonata No.11 in A Major, K331: III. • Panasonic HDC-TM700 Underwater TM700k HDC-HS700 HDC-HS700k Cabo San Lucas Vomit throw up Slow Motion

Padi students are warned never to drink alcohol the night before you put on a pair of fins. There's a reason for that. You see, we're scuba divers, but we're classified under the 'stupid' category. We all probably had really bad hearing during scuba school and slept through the diving crash course. Instead, the seven of us jam into a plane and fly down to Cabo for a little bit of beer, awesome local tacos, quesadillas, beer, chips, salsa, beer, vodka, margaritas, sex, drugs, and rock and roll. Oh yeah, don't forget the lime for the Coronas. The next day we all go diving. The warm eighty degree waters of Cabo don't disappoint. Ocean life is always beautiful. Even when you vomit thirty five feet below water. On the bright side, at least the fish are feed. OK PAY ATTENTION PEOPLE FOR REAL THIS TIME...I talked to a lot of dive masters and instructors after this incident. They all say the same thing. If you're gonna vomit underwater, and you don't have time for an emergency ascent, VOMIT IN THE REGULATOR. OK? DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME!!!! There's a good chance that you're not a Navy Seal like my high school friend Scott here at the 01:28 mark who vomits like a pro underwater. Anyways, this is probably the only HD footage of a human being vomiting underwater in the calm pacific ocean. Learn to dive and you'll fly high, this is all ya get now so just click rewind.
