Canon t3i 3x 10x digital zoom 1080p Sample
To skip my talking & straight to samples go to 1:26 on timeline. This is a short sample to demonstrate the digital zoom capability of the t3i 1080p. The shots were taken in the evening under tungsten lighting. The lens that was used was a Sigma 30mm F1.4 EX DC prime. I choose this lens and decided to ditch the kit lens. This lens is a great starter lens, as it forces you walk and work for your shots, is very quick, and sharp. I also love this lens as it is really good in low light, and gives you very nice and creamy bokeh. The zoom so far appears useful at 3x and is ok at 5x. I would not use at all at 10x. Note: It should be 1x at 1:42 (mistake). Also, focus is a bit off, and I noticed the Sigma 30mm is not as sharp at f1.4, but is good at 2.8. Not really a review. I had some old footage laying on my hard drive, so before I delete it them I thought of put them in use. A pretty nice lens, so stop over thinking things too much and just buy the lens already. Ps: I don't work fro Sigma. It's so clear! It's completely light!! Just now I went to my my other room, and it's completely dark, no light is entering the room... But the photos are easily visible by anyone! This is so suprising! The brightness of the picture is so clear! The focus is so good! Everyone speaks highly about it, but now I understand! But there is 1 thing.. The len's end is about 40 cm I'd like it a little longer but after taking photos... It really is amazing!! Maybe I should use this as my main lens? I wonder if I should make a movie with this? Sigma 30mm f/1.4 EX DC HSM Review
This is the review (Incredibly long review) of the Sigma 30mm f/1.4 HSM here tested on the cropped frame camera the canon the t2i or 550d. This lens is a DC lens meaning it is for Cropped frame cameras only. it come in mounts for nikon canon sony sigma and pentax, its performance at f/2.8 is fantastic but it gets a bit mushy at f/1.8 and f/1.4 but for video this lens gives some sweet looks to your production. lovely shallow depth of field and pretty good going macro (close up) ability. roughly the price is around £390 as of October 2012 If you enjoy myvideos please post them on your Facebook page and let others know about this channel, please subscribe and share on Facebook and twitter.
