Manfrotto 190XPROB Tripod
Newly redesigned, the 190XPROB makes the famous Manfrotto-patented horizontal centre column feature even easier to use. Now, by extending the column to its highest vertical position, it can be swung round to horizontal without removing the head or disassembling the column itself, so switching between framing and positioning setups is more convenient than ever. Ants, Cats and Spiders
Just a short test really. Shot and edited in a few hours. No colour correction, I wanted to use the raw footage straight out of the camera to see what I could do and how it would look. Camera - Canon 5DMK2. Lenses - Canon EF 100mm 2.8 Macro and Canon EF 50mm 1.8. Tripod - Manfrotto 055XB Classic. Music - Sia, My Love.

Manfrotto 128rc Test
Great buy. This was on the first day of use and with more practice with the drags, the product will be a lot better. I am using a very light (2 pounds) Panasonic HDC-SD5, so more weight would also be very beneficial. Great all-around tripod comes with the head if you buy the basic kit, i have the Manfrotto 055xb. Zur Wahl standen noch Sirui, Feisol und natürlich Gitzo. Aber wie so oft ist der Spagat zwischen Wunschvorstellung und Preis doch sehr groà und man sucht nach einem Kompromiss zwischen Preis und Leistung. Genau deshalb hab ich mich dann für das Manfrotto entschieden. Nachdem ich es nun einige Male im Einsatz hatte, bin ich durchaus zufrieden mit meinem Kauf. Es hat eine gute Stabilität, ist flexibel im Aufbau und die Qualität ist auch sehr gut. Einzig das Gewicht mit montiertem Sirui K-30X ist schon ziehmlich an der Grenze, wenn man es längere Zeit mit sich herumschleppt. Aber das wusste ich vorher, denn es ist eben aus Aluminium und nicht aus Carbon. Was mir etwas weniger gut gefällt ist die mitgelieferte kurze Mittelsäule, die am Ende der Aluminiumsäule angebracht ist. Das ist leider nur ein kurzes Plastikteil, das anstatt der eigentlichen Säule eingesetzt werden kann und somit ein Arbeiten in Bodennähe erlaubt. Da ich die Säule sowieso nicht ausziehe, da so die Stabilität höher ist und ich aufgrund meiner KörpergröÃe gut mit der Höhe auskomme, überlege ich mir, ob ich die Aluminiumsäule nicht auf ein Mindestmaà kürze.
