A quick release equipped Velbon PHD-51Q 3-way head has many key features that help the tripod user anywhere he shoot. The head is 3-way making it a fine assistant in shooting three dimensionally. The head is magnesium alloy constructed that make 20 % reduction in weight but still provide strong support for heavy cameras and scopes.
The quick release QB-635L in association with the camera mounting screw; easily locate on the tripod head. The head is supplied with two handles that separately control the pan and tilt movement of the head. The handles are covered with rubber that gives reliable grip when using in cold weather. The handle with lock can be positioned both for left and for right hand.
